If you are not entirely satisfied with your Kiinen activewear, we are here to help.

 Faulty or Non-Conforming Items: If an item is defective or does not match its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Tunisian consumer protection laws.  

 Change of Mind: For online purchases, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 10 days of receiving your items without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must meet the following criteria:

 Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

 Tags: Original tags and labels must remain attached.

 Hygiene: Due to the nature of activewear, items must be free of stains, odors, or signs of wear. (Items that fail to meet these hygiene standards cannot be accepted).

Certain areas of this Website are restricted from being access by you and Rey Theme may further restrict access by you to any areas of this Website, at any time, in absolute discretion. Any user ID and password you may have for this Website are confidential and you must maintain confidentiality as well.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us: Email our team at [contact@kiinen.com] with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to our facility.

3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

4. Processing Your Refund or Exchange

 Exchanges: If you need a different size or compression level, we will gladly exchange your item subject to stock availability.

 Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days.
